What to expect:
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners are seeking a Senior Manager, Transformation and Communications within the Data and Analytics team to lead the mindset change within the business, whilst ensuring high quality communications inform stakeholders of the advances in line with the D&A roadmap.
This transformational role is anchored to the roadmap and will be responsible for working across the extended D&A leadership team, focusing on retaining momentum and alignment to the deliverables.
Ensure appropriate challenge and influencing of team members and stakeholders during the ongoing deployment and refinement of the roadmap. The role will be focused on driving the ongoing evaluation of and definition of D&A operating model and mindset pillars whilst adhering to the principles of data governance. Ongoing, there will need to be a focus on developing effective relationships to lead the impact assessment and change management activities related to newly developed capabilities in line with the D&A vision. Lead the communications for the overall D&A organization, both internally to the team and externally, with clear, effective and engaging content.
Strategy refinement and execution – Works closely with D&A LT
Responsible for executing the D&A Mindset workstream in line with the D&A roadmap
Manage the interdependencies of the business focused teams in line with the D&A roadmap, ensuring strong project management and communication towards the vision, providing regular updates and propose solutions when required to continue with journey
Bring a high degree of attention to detail with a focus on the interdependencies across the teams and with external (to D&A) stakeholders. Consider the impact of parallel projects and bring the overall delivery into a full programme overview.
Act as a single point of contact, supporting the Chief Data & Analytics Officer, D&A Transformation Director and Commercial/CSSC D&A leads for project alignment and support all pillars with strategic communications
Support operating model development, including the key focus of business interactions, clearly translating the department functions to the business network and focus on data consumers throughout the organisation
Lead communications on change management and produce regular updates against milestones of the transformation. Work together with the Platform Program and Project Mangers, BPT Comms lead to ensure a consistent communication and value realisation framework for D&A activities.
Track and manage the progress of the transformation journey against the plan through the various forums established, including governing the content and forum agendas
Liaise with key stakeholders across the business and D&A to ensure the focus remains on the value generation
Role model the vision of the D&A team, ensuring all engagements and deployment across the streams stay true to the principles and deliverables of the department. Focusing on standardisation and assisting in the branding of the department both internally and in all external engagements
Build a strong network across CCEP to support the development of the function, actively provide feedback on the approach and ensure we are
Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Strong strategic and transformational mindset with ability to identify emerging and competing issues, analyse potential impacts and translate ideas and insights into viable recommendations for action
Ability to work with high degree of independence while managing upward communication to Central & BU leadership teams
Strong business acumen and appreciation of the value of a data driven organisation
Advanced communication and change management capabilities
Strong matrix management skills required
5 years+ experience within business focused roles
