What you become part of:

In this  role you will join the GB in-house Talent Acquisition team with a key focus on managing recruitment campaigns effectively to ensure CCEP attracts, selects and hires diverse internal and external talent, whilst providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers on the available internal and external talent market, the attraction strategy, assessment methods and overall process to hire the best diverse talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process; conduct in-take meetings with the hiring manager, activating the sourcing strategy, manage candidate screening with TA Co-ordinator, develop assessment and interview process, part-take in Interviewing where required, provide feedback for unsuccessful external candidates. Oversight of the ATS to ensure up to date and complete candidate information for recruitment campaigns and reporting.
  • Ensure effective management of the initial offer communication and negotiation to the candidate working in partnership with rewards, business partners and the hiring manager where appropriate. Ensure TA Co-ordinator set up with necessary information to issue relevant starter paperwork.
  • Keep abreast of developments in other BU TA teams and the TA CoE, sharing campaign best practice, insights and learning.
  • Execute and manage local market employer brand activation plans within guidelines. Promote the Employee Referral Program internally. Proactively build and maintain talent pipeline aligned to business needs for relevant areas of accountability.
  • Manage fair and robust attraction and selection of candidates, ensuring compliance with best practice standards. Looks for opportunities to ensure all candidates are supported to fairly access our roles and opportunities.
  • Implement recruitment policies and tools defined at TA CoE and BU level, participating in piloting TA technology innovations, providing feedback to ensure the tool is fit for local needs.
  • Manage campaign budgets to agreed amounts, ensuring spend is tracked and managed with limits set.

Skills Required:

  • TA Specialist with broader P&C acumen and understanding of the main principles and practices
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a strong knowledge of TA process from Attraction through to Onboarding.
  • Finance acumen in effectively managing TA campaign budgets, including supplier management.
  • Digital savvy in identifying approaches that drive efficiency and a great candidate experience.
  • A brand ambassador for the CCEP brand in the relevant employment marketplace.
  • Understanding of the use and appropriate application of selection methodology and tools.
  • Qualifications and experience of administering and interpreting psychometrics is desirable
