Senior HR Data Analyst, All CCEP Locations

What to expect:
As a Senior HR Data Analyst you will apply expertise in People Analytics.  This will require skills in reporting, database management and HR domain knowledge to build databases, reports, and analytics dashboards in areas such as people cost, rewards, absence, workforce planning and talent analytics. You will be passionate about applying independent analytical thinking to provide concise/ compelling story-telling using people data to shape business decisions.

Key Accountabilities:
•    Consolidating and transforming data from multiple sources using Excel, MS Access or Alteryx while ensuring data definitions are approved by their business owners
•    Ability to articulate analytical solutions to stakeholders
•    Inquisitive and forward thinking, great at problem solving
•    Support and maintain an offline SQL Server Database 
     o    Ability to integrate, transform and structure data from multiple sources into one database
     o    Maintain, validate and clean the database to ensure accuracy, usability and data security.
     o    Report generation to support ad-hoc requests and to provide data to the Data Visualisation Manager
•    Maintain and document business rules
•    Interpreting data to discover solutions and opportunities
•    Translating key business problems into creative and insightful analytical solutions and presenting those solutions to business stakeholders
•    Project managing analytics product development / change management, including associated user communications and knowledge management 
•    Liaising with HR specialists to identify business questions/problems, and design analytics approaches to address these questions using people data
•    Producing other meaningful HR reports and ad hoc analyses on-demand using the appropriate HR datasets e.g. recruitment, diversity, talent, attrition

Essential Experience:
•    Proven experience in data analysis skills, including advanced use of Excel
•    Analytical problem solving skills
•    Strong experience with SQL and database management
•    Strong communication skills, including the ability to liaise with stakeholders 
•    Accuracy and attention to detail
•    Producing and maintaining documentation

Desirable Experience:
•    Strong presentation skills to deliver insights, including use of MS PowerPoint 
•    MS Access/Alteryx for database management
•    Excel VBA or other data analysis tools
•    Experience in Data Governance
•    Building dashboards using BI software (e.g. Tableau/ Power BI/ etc.)
•    Successful delivery of Rewards/ People Cost analytics and insights
•    Extracting Payroll and People Cost data from SAP HR (ADP/ PP2) 
•    Working with Time & Attendance systems such as Kronos
•    Using SuccessFactors for reporting
