New Initative Manager, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

Coca-cola Europacific Partners Sweden is looking for a new colleague for a 12 month assignment in our Supply Chain organization with the responsibility to lead and manage the product innovation and changes. You will be a part of the Swedish Supply Chain function for which the Commercialization and New Initiatives department resides alongside, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Manufacturing and Deployment. The Commercialization and New Initiatives team are responsible for project managing business change initiatives e.g. product innovation or pack changes across CCEP’s portfolio, from a technical Supply Chain perspective. We collaborate extensively with The Coca-Cola Company, CCEP Sales and Marketing and all Supply Chain Functions to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters. The project team consists of many different stakeholders and experts and you will be responsible to ensure all Supply Chain input is captured with opportunities and risks.

What to expect

  • Lead and Manage product changes, around 20-30 projects in different phases.
  • Drive product management deliverables in project change projects, such as building business cases, risk assessments and set key requirements and success criteria.
  • Define and drive alignment across key stakeholders in Supply Chain for key project success criteria in terms of Productivity, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
  • Coordinate logistical data, specifications and Masterdata creation.
  • Deliver projects on the agreed timelines and documentation according to project management standards.
  • Develop, align and execute detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, costs.
  • Manage project communication with key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Work close with Marketing and Brand managers as a reprehensive for Supply Chain.
  • Develop strong cross-functional alliances internal/external to ensure success

This is a 12 months assignment at CCEP with possibility to permanent employment after ther period. CCEP is a major FMCG business in Europe and the world’s largest independent Coca-Cola bottler. Across 13 countries, our employees make, sell and distribute the world’s most loved drinks brands to more than 300 million people.

The Swedish team is part of an international culture and most of our daily work is in English. The projects vary from small to medium projects up to 1-1.5 years in length. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain understanding of a product’s full lifecycle, from early innovations to a product market launch. The role also gives an exclusive understanding on the work and responsibilities in different roles within the CCEP, both from a local and central perspective.

You will be based in Sweden at the HQ in Jordbro and report to Senior Manager Commercialisation in Sweden.

What we expect from you

  • University degree level in relevant area.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role with a proven track record of delivering medium / large sized / technical projects.
  • Project management process knowledge. 
  • Strong knowledge in MS office, Masterdata creation and SAP knowledge.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong meeting management, facilitation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders. 
  • Strong initiative for problem solving and framing alternative solutions. 
  • Working knowledge of the Supply Chain and how different functions cooperate.
  • Previous experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
