What to expect:
Working with licensed premises (restaurants, bars, pubs and hotels), you’ll be unfazed by these environments and able to quickly assess your territory and identify its potential. The role will demand you’re on top of your game every day. Being inventive in the way you develop and win new business, and thinking creatively on your feet with existing customers (both single outlets & small groups of 10 outlets or less).
Each day will be spent in front of new or existing customers where you will have multiple opportunities to win or grow their business through our brands.
On Monday morning you could find yourself in a meeting with the owner of a chain of bars discussing bespoke promotional branding, collaborating on how to make a campaign more visible and profitable. Zipping to your next location, a new business meeting could see you presenting our fit with a new chain of restaurants. Phone calls to troubleshoot distribution challenges and finalise deals might follow.
The afternoon may consist of visiting a number of prospective new customers as well as collaborating with some important local Breweries and Wholesalers.
Skills & Essentials:

It’s safe to say that you’ll always be moving at pace in this dynamic role. So you’ll need to be energetic, resilient and possess a personality with the power to influence and connect. You’ll be able to back all of this up with a passion for excellent customer service and firm commercial awareness demonstrating confidence in the way you input ideas and find solutions, while taking ownership and being accountable for results.
All of this is underpinned with a commercial understanding which we will expect you to be determined to grow and develop .
You’ll have the skills to build working relationships with lots of colleagues too – from our customer hub support centre to the wholesale team and brand & creative teams.
Degree level desirable but not essential.
