Business Partner Supply Chain
Partner with business leaders through building key stakeholder relationships and providing strategic support, using data insights to proactively influence the people agenda and drive business imperatives. Work closely with the Head of P&C CSSC Business Partner and the wider People and Culture Business Partner team, whilst supporting Supply Chain leaders.
-Establish and maintain effective win – win working relationships through close collaboration with the Leaders of CSSC.
-Provide flawless execution of People and Culture strategic initiatives and operational delivery.
-Pro-actively challenge organisational design to drive superior performance and support change management. Provide alternative solutions on business issues to achieve the most effective solutions.
-Advise, coach and challenge leaders on driving the right balance between performance and culture, acting as a sounding board and conscience. Ensure leaders reward high performance and poor performance handled appropriately.
-Partner with Workforce Intelligence to ensure the robustness and reliability of the data in the system as well as to use data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions, leveraging insights to proactively seek and implement solutions.
-Ensure business leaders champion Me@CCEP People Strategy, including the Wellbeing, Inclusion & Diversity agenda and build appropriate actions, implementation and follow-up.
-Implement talent management practices to create and share talent information for different resource groups for internal talent mobility; input in to learning needs analysis; leadership development and drive strategic workforce planning.
-Support the business in the effective organization and management of its resources.
-Drive transformation projects and conduct feasibility analysis and subsequent follow-up of initiatives. Defend the Diversity and Inclusion agenda for the area and align with business line stakeholders to propose actions, implement and follow up with relevant metrics.
-Facilitate team building / development events to align with the organizational culture.
-Provide consultative support to business leaders, acting as an overall People & Culture account manager to ensure right quality of services executed and the manager and employee experience are continuously improved.
-Support People & Culture CoEs in execution where required.
-Degree level education
-Advanced english & spanish
